Like so many companies we found after some years of business that our important data was scattered across several software platforms. It was very difficult (change that to nearly impossible!) to get any accurate picture of our business ‘vital statistics’. That was one problem. And there was another one.
As the business grew it become increasingly complex (aka expensive!) to manage regular and relevant communication with not only our faithful ezine subscribers but also all the many people who’ve been in touch with us over the years.
And then I found InfusionSoft. The final decision-maker for us was the way in which every one of our processes and communication systems can be run from the one very powerful engine. The service is hosted online, taking away all the synchronisation hassles – a perfect solution for a virtual company such as ours. And we’re already finding that it simplifies many processes, thereby saving costs. Plus, I don’t know of any other company that gives you such personal hands-on training to ensure their users know how to use the many powerful tools.
A fantastic tool for any entrepreneurial organisation with a sales culture.

I’ve worked with Tom Antion in Virginia off and on for years – he always gives TOP value and advice. He’s a no BS guy. He cuts through the garbage that the internet marketing world is littered with and gives only the simplest most practical and timely advice to his students. Many of his clients are speakers and consultants, but his information is relevant to anyone who wants to market their services online.
Michael Tipper, UK is one of the world’s top mind mapping specialists, with a particular focus on how we can manage the overload of information in both our business and our personal lives. I’ve used his programme and am seriously impressed. You’ll find more about it here.
Write Ltd – Clearly communicating your message
Two great time-savers are the ability to read fast and also to write clear, reader-friendly communications. Write Ltd are my recommended providers for this kind of training. Every year I run some collaborative workshops for their clients in Wellington, contributing my time management expertise to their time-saving other services and training programmes.
They’re based in Wellington, NZ (and also run in-house courses in other New Zealand towns.) Plain English is both their business and their passion. If you’re based in Wellington and want a public time management course, or to read faster, write effectively, or need some copywriting help, check out www.write.co.nz
