One-on-One Coaching & Consulting

Help to Clutter-Bust Your Office, or Yourself!

Most companies and organisations loose invisible profits due to poor productivity habits of some of their staff, and never realise how serious the problem is. The ripple effect of inefficiency can cost a large firm hundreds of thousands of dollars.

  • The most common and visible sign is cluttered desks and offices.
  • Business is lost due to mislaid paperwork, poor follow-up and missed deadlines.
  • Other frustrated colleagues have their work delayed.
  • Stress is caused by a sense of overload (with other members of the staff as well as the 'overloaded one').
  • There's an unnecessarily high cost of dismissal and rehiring if someone isn't helped.

With the release of Robyn's book 'Getting a Grip on the Paper War - Managing information in the modern office' has come a flurry of demand for personalised help in sorting out offices both large and small, in corporate settings and home-based offices. And so we've developed a very powerful 5-step coaching process to help people set up good systems, learn to prioritise more effectively, delegate better, use their email systems more effectively, and more....

No desk or office is beyond redemption! The only necessary ingredient is a willingness to give it a go!And the benefits are amazing.

From a home-based family business (names changed to protect privacy)

"Hi there Robyn

Still not quite there (ie large table and carpet still projects for next weekend!) but nevertheless clearer and calmer and still bathing in the afterglow of the big clearout and the delightful-to-use filing cabinets etc. The end is clearly in slight.

Finally found your book - you wouldn't believe where - in my socks drawer!! Don't ask me how it got there. My folly was to take it downstairs to show Louis (favourite client whom you met) who was leaving the day after on a 3 week business trip to the States. Well, he snatched it to read on the plane! What could I say? (I did mention that I hadn't yet read it and maybe he could get it at the airport).

Still it will be great revision when I finally get it back.

Grant (14 year old son) is also still revelling in the joys of his sparkling desk and drawers (although the floor is not yet quite cleared!).

In-tray - what in-tray! Stewart (husband) loves not having one!

Again all the best and talk again soon,
Joanne"

From a corporate client

"Robyn, thanks so much for the work you've done with our Sales Team. We still can't believe the difference as we walk past their offices - we can actually see their desks. And there are all manner of other benefits.

  • Maria hasn't been late for any meetings, and it's now 6 weeks since you worked with her.
  • Peter is getting his paperwork to the accounts department on time, for the first time since he started working here.
  • Julie is leaving at a sensible hour, instead of being the last one to leave every night. (We began to wonder if she had a home to go to!)
  • We now have hardly any complaints from other departments about the sales team's responsiveness - they were constantly causing bottlenecks prior to being 'Robyn-ized'!"
