This is very similar to the One-On-One Productivity Coaching. However, there are 3 major differences:
1. We tend to work on a bigger range of issues, rather than just productivity. It’s often lonely at the top of an organisation. To have an independent outsider to use as a sounding board on anything - from recalcitrant staff through to family problems and everything in between can be the difference between ‘I’m drowning in alligators’ and ‘It’s hectic but I’m managing well’.
How often have you noticed that just being able to verbalise concerns to someone else helps you clarify your thinking? Do you find that surprisingly often, once you can talk about your concerns, the answer appears - you just needed space to think and someone to discuss it with? If that ‘someone’ is a high level business consultant with a wide range of life experiences, you’ve got a very valuable resource at the end of a phone. Result – faster decisions, faster implementation, faster results.
The time-span in which we work together is open-ended. This doesn’t mean you’re locked in to someone for ever. Instead it means you’ve got access until you’re ready to ‘go-it-alone’ – and both of us know when that time arrives. Check out Andrea's comments – she’s worked with me off and on over the years. When she’s needed help again because new responsibilities have come her way, the firm has engaged me again.
We can only integrate knowledge we’re ready for, no matter how much more is available to us. Who we are today is not who we will be in two years’ time – we’re always a work in progress!
The investment is a set amount each month. Typically it’s $1,500 + gst per month per person but it depends what help you’re looking for. We tailor the programme to suit your needs and time available. As our customers have shared, the Return On Investment is enormous!
There are a number of advantages to a monthly fee. The greatest benefit is that the clock isn’t running whenever you pick up the phone for help. Apart from our scheduled appointments, any time you need unscheduled help someone will be back to you very quickly. (If I’m not available for a few days due to other commitments, one of our experienced team will start the ball rolling.)
Another really helpful benefit is that you can organise your budgeting in advance. Many companies make this investment in their senior staff – it’s a very inexpensive and profitable way of boosting productivity, employee effectiveness and keeping stress levels down.
