"My productivity has improved between 30% and 50%"
Senior financial planner, IPAC, Australia

"Thanks very much for the time management program you conducted over the last 6 weeks. The course was fantastic and I really appreciate how you accommodated our brief into your presentation and delivered a course very relevant to our business. The feedback from our team has been extremely positive."
Gareth McCulloch, Southern Hospitality, New Zealand.

"Robyn, I've "been around" long enough to be a bit ho-hum about "organise yourself" seminars. I have been to a couple of time management seminars, and read books and listened to tapes on the topic so I "agonised" (procrastinated!) for sometime before enrolling - I also thought it possible I might be gone after morning tea!

"As you know I didn't leave - and I enjoyed your session. More than that, it was money and time well spent. Unusual for me, I gave the seminar 5 stars for everything. You are very relaxed, competent and comfortable with your subject and you certainly got a bunch of "reserved accountants" participating very well."
Wilf Marley, Marley Loft Ltd, Chartered Accountants & Business Facilitators

If You Want The Most Long-Term Results, Coaching And Consulting Gives You The Best Return On Your Investment
If you want the very fastest and best progress, coaching is the answer.

"I have used Robyn as an Executive Coach for key Senior Staff for a number of years now and couldn't recommend her more highly. I've found as people step up in the organisation they often struggle to identify where they need to spend their time, as well as what and how to delegate for the best results, and often group training offers technical knowledge but not the follow up to develop positive habits. Robyn has a great empathy and affinity with people. Working one on one with them she is able to work on real life issues affecting their performance andtoidentify those areas that they need to focus on improving to deliver optimum results."
Merilyn Havler, GM NZ, Beiersdorf (international consumer brands, including Nivea)

Or, you need someone with an excellent grasp of the time management and productivity issues who will work with you to streamline your systems and processes to improve the time management, productivity and efficiency of your team.

"Since we worked with Robyn 5 months ago our team of 12 underwriters and support staff have improved our effectiveness significantly. Amongst other things we've regained about 30% of the time we used to lose searching for lost files. This amounts to a saving of at least an hour a week per person without including the value of other work we are now freed up to do. Well worthwhile in terms of productivity gains and there's also the non quantified savings on "stress and frustration" as well."
Paula Harris, Senior Underwriter, QBE Insurance, New Zealand

What Do Our Previous Clients Have To Say About Us?

Do You Know How Much Your Time Is Worth? And How Much Do Your Staff Really Cost You?

It's not a question many people ask. Let's say someone is paid $50,000 a year. You could double that with staff taxes, rent, benefits and holidays. So that's $100,000 a year - for a 45 hour week that's $44 an hour.

Now ask, how much of this person's time is productive? According to a global survey conducted by Microsoft, 'People work an average of 45 hours a week; they consider about 17 of those hours to be unproductive.' That's nearly 40% of their time is unproductive. That means poor productivity is costing you $792 per person per week!

It gets worse!

If you're one of the top producers for your company - perhaps a sales manager, CEO or the owner - what profit per hour do you generate? If your business or division makes $1 million a year in turnover, one hour is worth $500. THAT'S why it's important that you get control of your time.

So, do you know how much REALLY productive time you have?

The national average (of productive work) for an entrepreneur is 2 hours a day. (Source: Inspector Success). 2 hours a day! So, using the $500 an hour, if you can get just one extra hour a day more productivity, that's worth $125,000 a year. Surely that can't be too hard to achieve!

And if you're in a large corporation, check out these figures! It has been estimated that a CEO of a major corporation has only 30 minutes a day when he is actually producing revenue and profit.

What could you do with an extra $125,000?

  • Reduce your company's debt?
  • Hire another staff member.
  • Run another marketing campaign?
  • Return more profit to the owner?
All from one extra hour a day doing what you should be doing, by learning and applying simple productivity principles plus coaching your key producers.
