Frequently Asked Questions - Getting A Grip Inner Circle
It sounds like you are giving a lot of good information but I’m busy already and I don’t want to get overloaded with stuff.
There’s no major time commitment on your part. I don’t like being overloaded either. You will receive a one-hour interview which you can listen to when it’s convenient for you. I find it productive to use dead-time when I’m driving to listen to interviews. You will also receive a printed newsletter with practical tips and information. It will be a in a quick-to-read format.
What if I don’t think I’m getting good value?
You are free to cancel any time. We may ask for your honest feedback but you will never be locked into a fee you don't want to be paying.
What if I don’t like or want the interview that month?
I know that sometimes people may not have an interest in a topic or they may think they are well-skilled in that area. I know from my own experience, and I listen to dozens of interviews each month, that I can always find something I didn’t know before. Sometimes it doesn’t seem relevant at the time but I find the smaller the nugget of information, the more valuable it is.
If I don’t want to continue, what happens to the gifts you have given me?
I hope you do choose to continue but, even if you decide it’s not for you, then the gifts are exactly that; my gifts to you and yours to keep.
Can I suggest or ask for some subjects to cover?
Yes you can. In fact I would love to receive ideas and suggestions from the Inner Circle members.
How does the email access to you work?
Only Inner Circle members can have access to me to ask for help with their particular problem. It must be a problem related to personal organisation or time management and be one that you are willing to share with other community members. You can hide your own personal circumstance and the reply will be as close to your situation without revealing any personal details.
Can I talk to you personally?
Time pressures mean that it’s not always practical to give one-on-one coaching and advice. The email forum gives you the opportunity to ask questions that other members will find useful too.
If I choose the Silver level, can I down-grade to Bronze if I want to?
Yes although for an extra $10 you do receive a significant increase in value.
