1. Training for In-House Corporate Trainers
2. Accreditation for Trainers & Training Companies -Available Only to Carefully Selected Candidates |
Do either of these descriptions sound like you?:
At Robyn Pearce Corporation we are proud of our programmes, our history and our reputation for outstanding and genuine service to the business community. We are delighted to provide a limited number of places for carefully selected like-minded people and companies who would like to work with us on a broader base as accredited trainers.
| You already have a well-established training company |
You've often thought, 'I'd like to add a really good, top quality time management programme to my repertoire', but you're deterred by the amount of research and time needed to produce a really good quality programme.
If you could find one already designed and road-tested you'd be able to smoothly and efficiently roll it out to your already-existing client base, as an add-on income stream. All it would take is an investment of a relatively small number of days (including your own study programme which we set) and a quickly recouped number of dollars, rather than the months required to create your own.
You're passionate about helping people to 'get a grip on time', increase their quality of life and profitability, and reduce stress.
You're ethical and honest about using other people's intellectual property, and prepared to fairly recompense the owners of that material, in the manner agreed between the two parties (which is laid out in clear legal terms in our agreements).
You're either a very highly skilled trainer, or your company employs or contracts top quality trainers.
You or your staff are good at marketing; have an established client base; and are excellent at selling your training programmes.
You like the option of easy access and help from the author and designer, international speaker and best-selling author Robyn Pearce, who has specialised in this field of productivity and business excellence for over 10 years. And you're keen to access the information-sharing and bonds we've built with other top-level training companies.
| Your company has its own training department, and is interested in sourcing great time management programmes |
You've just read the section above, and apart from the reference to marketing and income streams, you can identify with all the points.
You like to have your own trainers accredited to deliver your regular courses in-house, and effective time management is always needed, in some form. You can see the huge financial savings you'll make by training your own trainers, instead of bringing in external consultants all the time.
And of course you know that there is greater opportunity for follow-up and integration when the people in a company are working with their tutors. It helps the team stay focused and on-target with the topic, and the managers are better equipped to weave the new knowledge into the day-to-day tasks.
Or, some of your managers may have a very strong interest in the development of their team, and would like to be accredited in this material. They can see that, if they have a deeper working knowledge of the principles and skills of excellent time usage (in all its many facets), that they will be far more enabled to help, coach and manage their people. They realise that these skills will make a profound difference to the productivity and profitability of their team.
What we offer:
An accreditation programme This includes classroom participation as a student, set reading and study. Then we have a formal multi-step training process, which includes 2 days trainer training, further coaching, observation and feedback in live situations (where possible). If distance precludes classroom evalution, we sometimes use videos to assist the coaching process.
This process ensures that you have an excellent depth of knowledge of our programmes as well as the spirit in which we approach our business.
Trainers are not accredited until we are happy that the standards have been met. In the unlikely event of a trainer not meeting those standards, after completion of all training, their investment will be refunded.
A trainer support network You will have close access to our subject specialists, and many other resources through the Robyn Pearce Corporation network and related companies.
Promotion on our company website Listing in our About Us section. If you're running public workshops we will also list your events on our Live Events section, as long as we're given enough notice.
We can add your enrolment form to our website, so that people can print off the details and send their investment and enrolment straight to you. Basically, the more information you give us, the more we can support you through this website.
Marketing materials Free access to use our Top Time Tips ezine newsletter for your clients. Either we can send it to your clients and prospects, if your technological knowledge or equipment isn't yet sophisticated enough to run your own process, or we can help you set up to send it to your own database.
The opportunity to use our marketing information and Robyn's articles for promotion.
Access to the marketing knowledge and systems we've spent years developing. However, we do not take responsibility for your marketing success - we are not a franchise. We work with people who already have a strong success rate in their own marketing.
(If you are a brand-new training company, we suggest you get some experience in your own marketing and sales, and then contact us in a year or so, once you're up to speed. We remember what it was like when we were new!)
What you need, and what's next Primarily, this opportunity is offered to experienced facilitators with a high level of energy and skill in dealing with people. The only exception is for in-house company managers or team leaders, in the ways described above.
In the first instance, email your expression of interest to
.
We will ask you for references and documentation showing your depth of experience as a corporate and business facilitator.
If you are part of a training company we are looking for broad experience across a range of industries and business, as well as testimonials that illustrate your skill and commitment. We will also require evidence of your experience in marketing training programmes.
As appropriate, we will then discuss the investment and the specifics about the training programme.
