The fine print
Terms and Conditions for the Robyn Pearce Corporation affiliate program.
Commissions will be paid at the current rate which may be subject to change on all transactions linked to your affiliate ID. We reserve the right to change this percentage at any time. Current commissions are:
30% on almost all our digital products, including our e-books, e-courses, teleseminars and training webinars (The webinars are a higher-ticket item, so well worth promoting!)
15% on physical products - printed books, toolkits, bundled physical product and other time-saving-tools, –
15% on the Getting A Grip Inner Circle Membership - that means you'll get paid every month for every one of your referrals who is an active member.
A cookie is placed on the customer's computer to show which affiliate link they used to come to our website. If for any reason, the cookie cannot be read by our system during the purchase, then commissions are not able to be assigned. If a customer changes computers, deletes the cookie from their computer or has a cookie blocker, this is beyond our control, and we have no way to trace commissions from these sales.
- Cookies are stored on a visitor's computer indefinitely unless the cookie is manually removed by the visitor.
- Affiliates will receive commission on all sales while the cookie is active.
- An affiliate cookie can not be replaced by another affiliate cookie. So if a visitor comes to our site from a different affiliate link, and makes a purchase, the original affiliate will get the commission.
- Do not engage in spam marketing to promote our products - if we think any marketing tactic is unethical, in poor taste, inappropriate, spamming or damaging to our brand then we reserve the right to cancel your account immediately and any commissions due will be forfeited.
- Commissions are only paid on successful transactions.
- Commissions are paid net or refunds.
- Commissions are calculated and paid on or after the 20th of each month – minimum commissions paid out will be NZD$50. Any balances less than NZD$50 will carry over to the next month until this minimum is reached.
- Commissions are earned in NZD and will be paid in NZD.
- We reserve the right to cancel any affiliate account at any time if an affiliate is acting unethically, spamming or undertaking any action which we do not agree with. We will cut-off anyone behaving in this way without consultation and any commissions due will be forfeited.
- We are not liable for any lost commissions due to technical errors such as server failures, canceled or blocked cookies.
- These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice - as are commission rates, payout minimums, etc.
